"Dominique helped me out a lot when the collision place I was sent to tried to screw me over by saying they had done the work the same day I had dropped my vehicle off which was straight up bs!! "Can't believe my rep Kim answers my calls and texts both on evenings and weekends..... Wasn't expecting this at all! He's also very proactive and tells me stuff I need to be aware of in advance. Not only did I save at least a few hundred or more from my longtime loyalty plan I had at Progressive, I also got a refund for the amount I paid to Progressive and didn't have to pay a lump sum for the whole 6 months in order to get a discount. This was huge! Can't recommend Kim and this agency enough."
